Donations

Donations made to Kshitij Multipurpose Association are generally non-refundable, as they are allocated to development programs and social initiatives.

Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Cancellation

Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled.
